PerfoWeb : Online service
PerfoWeb is an on-line service type solution, commonly referred to as an "Saas solution" (Saas: Software as a Service). Consequently, it is not client-server type software requiring installation on workstations, but an on-line service accessible using a simple web browser.

- Continuous data backup by the service, and fully transparent to users.

PerfoWeb : Software security
The PerfoWeb service guarantees the integrity and confidentiality of your information. The software architecture is designed to ensure the integrity of the data between PerfoWeb customers.
The authentication system used is a hierarchical structure ensuring data confidentiality at all levels. PerfoWeb session rights and, consequently, access to the various types of data, are determined based on authentication accounts created by the system administrators.
Interfacing with customer sites
The import of data into the system requires the integration of tracking techniques on the customer site. The PerfoWeb team performs the analysis necessary for this implementation and adapts the solutions appropriate to the customer site:
- Integration of forms in Iframe on your site without modifying its design.
- Real-time export of site form data to your PerfoWeb session.
- Export of data from portals to your PerfoWeb session.
The PerfoWeb team also proposes tracking solutions related to our activity: would you like to know the commercial impact of an AdWord campaign? We work alongside you or your agency to place tags that will allow you to identify the source from where the visitor entered your site.

Hardware security and performance
The PerfoWeb service is built into CentralWebnetwork platform. The servers providing the service are selected among the best performing servers and provide maximum data security through the implementation of fault-tolerant systems.
They are hosted in the ASPServeur datacentre, a multi-operator centre guaranteeing a bandwidth availability in excess of 99.9 % and transfer times less than 32 ms for France. Access to the premises is protected by guards and the entire datacentre is under surveillance 24/7.
